This Finance Executive Intern job might be for YOU, if:
You have:
· A degree in economics, finance, management or similar field
· Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Vietnamese
· Previous internship experience
· Great knowledge of Excel and analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail
· Honesty and integrity to handle sensitive or confidential information
You're good at:
· Working well with numbers, data, and providing analysis.
· Issuing invoices to clients and track incoming invoices
· Tracking and managing payables
· Bookkeeping in Fast accounting online system (AR/AP, cash/bank payment, Expenses/Revenue)
· Scan and fill accounting documents and client contract.
· Input document and other accounting information
· Other task are assigned by the Accounting Manager and the Finance director.
You're extra awesome at:
· Coordinating with Finance Manager to do the monthly closing booking
· Providing support to Finance Manager in monthly reports (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT)
