Account Intern (Event Agency)

A. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Planning (20%):
Researching to deep understanding client's briefs in terms of customer insight, market , brand characters, event format,...
Joining brainstorming and contribute creative ideas, support to recap meeting minutes.
2. Project Management (80%):
Preparing contact reports, working schedules, project reports, scripts as guided from supervisor.
Preparing financial support document for the projects.
Preparing logistic tasks for the projects.
Alerting/ Reporting to direct supervisor potential issues, problems during execution.
B. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
Bachelor's degree or SENIOR STUDENT of university.
Understanding about Event and Account Management.
Working under pressure and multitasks.
Self-motivated, self-starter.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication in Vietnamese and English.
Possessing resilience and good adaptability.
