About the role
We're looking for a Senior Account Executive (Social-based) to join our in-house production team [CRAFT] within an agency environment. You will manage the social content and integrated campaigns, acting as the key bridge between agency account teams/clients and our production studio (creatives & producers).
Your main mission is to ensure social content projects run seamlessly, from planning to delivery, through strong stakeholder management, clear direction, and effective oversight of timelines, budgets, and quality.
This role might be for YOU, if:
You have:
4+ years of experience in account management within an agency, production house, or in-house environment
Strong understanding of social-first ecosystems, including integrated campaigns, influencer/content strategy, and platform dynamics
Proven experience supervising and executing digital/social campaigns
Good understanding of production processes (pre, shoot, post)
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Your Core Role: Account Execution & Project Management
Lead the end-to-end management of social content projects and campaigns
Act as the main point of contact between clients and the in-house production studio
Ensure alignment on objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables
Translate client needs into clear briefs and strategic direction
Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery
Manage expectations, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
Ensure all outputs meet client expectations, brand standards, and agreed KPIs
Maintain and track project budgets through internal systems, ensuring financial accuracy and project profitability.
Your Hybrid Contribution: Production & Creative Oversight
Work closely with creatives and producers to ensure ideas are feasible, scalable, and aligned with timelines and budgets
Oversee production workflows across pre-production, filming, and post-production
Anticipate constraints and provide solutions to maintain smooth delivery
Ensure consistency and quality across all social content outputs
