Job purpose:
Responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing social media channels - primarily Facebook Community YouTube for clients within the agency network. Ensure consistent content quality, data-driven growth, and alignment with digital trends and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Facebook & Social Content (70%)
Plan and manage Facebook content calendars, including script, title, description, and visual direction.
Work with Creative and Planning teams to deliver relevant, insight-driven social posts.
Oversee publishing schedules and maintain consistent channel engagement.
Performance & Optimization
Optimize content for key metrics buzz on social media (Facebook community focus).
Monitor analytics and suggest growth tactics.
Improve engagement, social metrics.
Paid Media Campaigns
Plan and run campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
Track performance, run A/B testing, and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs.
Insights & Reporting
Provide weekly reports on social trends and performance data.
Develop and present content strategies to internal teams and clients.
Cross-team Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Creative and Production teams.
Support department leads on ad hoc initiatives and campaign execution.
Key Deliverables:
Optimize at least Facebook channel based on growth KPIs.
Weekly trend and performance reports.
Weekly content and channel development plan.
Qualifications:
1-2 years' experience in
Digital Marketing or Social Media; agency or production house experience is a plus.
Strong content & visual sense, especially for Facebook.
Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere are an advantage.
Strong planning, reporting, and presentation skills.
Team player, proactive and detail-oriented.
