Responsibilities
Prepare timely invoices to clients and Partners Service
Timely follow up with client and PMU team on outstanding AR invoices
Maintenance of effective and proper Finance filling system and office records to ensure ease of accessibility of records.
Assist the Accountant in the month-end closing
Preparation of all journals, depreciation run, accruals and provisions on a timely basis
Prepares selected balance sheet reconciliation
Support the year-end audit and statutory reporting process
Ensure full weekly reconciliation of the inter-company accounts across all entities and calculation of the FX which then is posted
Effective stakeholder management and delivery of service
Act as a back-up for the Accountant when required
Any ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the Finance Manager which is necessary to improve the processes or controls within the company.

• Timely and accurate delivery of reporting

• Understand on KMMS internal workflow, timeline and processes
• Excellent working relationship with the regional Finance team
• Excellent working relationships and stakeholder management

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Shows a commitment to study towards locally recognised professional qualification related to Accounting (CPA, ACCA etc)
2 years plus experience in a finance team with GL / AR experience.
Exceptional ability to build relationships across all areas of the business
A commitment to their personal development
Good excel skills including complex formulae, data manipulation and pivot tables.
A clear and positive communicator
Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisation skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines
