Mô tả công việc

1. Project Planning
Create ideas and write execution proposals & plans for assigned projects
2. Account Management & Document Compilation
Handle day-to-day tasks to manage 2-3 accounts at the same time, by drafting written materials, coordinating events, maintaining client and third-party contact, managing projects, and reporting back on activities.
Perform day-to-day consultancy to clients, handling all their requests. Be responsible to them during office hours.
Work closely with the Creative Team to deliver products upon project's request (project contents, visuals, website, videos, ETC.).
Liaise with clients and other external parties to understand and execute the client's brief
Identify and pursue opportunities that will improve the outcomes for the client.
3. Research & Development:
Conduct research to support new development directions of the agency (e.g: relevant Tik Tok creators list, potential university partners, ETC.)
Work on the implementation process of these new development directions, including Tik Tok talent network, new channels expansion, ETC.

Yêu cầu công việc

Available to work full-time, 40 hours/week & available at least in office hours (9 am to 6pm, Monday to Friday)
Having at least 1 year of experience in marketing & communications. A good relationship with & understanding of university students is a plus.
Proving proficient Vietnamese & English skills.
Proving passion for working in the agency side and/or Employer Branding field - a combination of Human Resources and Marketing.
Having good project & time management skills and a data-driven mindset. Good communication and collaboration skills.
Responsible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
Creative and willing to contribute more ideas to team.
Having leadership experience is a plus.
