Roles & Responsibilities:
Build a keen understanding and acquire knowledge of consumers, brands, businesses, and clients.
Take part in a multi-functional team to develop and implement 360-degree communication plans. Develop client service process and enforce the process on a regular basis.
Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency, comply with the company's and client's policies, and deliver clients' satisfaction.
Regularly report the business results to clients and related stakeholders in the agency.
Enforce the agency's culture and values.
Candidate profile:
You should be a self-starter with a positive, "can do" attitude. You should be level-headed, dependable, and calm under pressure; should be capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and demonstrate leadership to manage creatives and suppliers.
At least 2 years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity, with experience in handling integrated/social communication.
Have good account management skill that is built on a keen understanding of marketing, brand-building, and disciplines of Advertising/ PR/ Events/ Digital. Advertising/TVC experience is preferred.
Attention to detail and follow-through, great multi-tasker.
Have strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
