Job Description:
The Account Executive will play a key role in managing projects and client relationships. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage proposal deliver, and ensure successful project execution. As a senior member of the Account Management team, you will also mentor junior team members, including interns, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client communications and relationship management.
Develop and oversee the implementation of proposal and projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, etc.) and external vendors to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
Lead project briefing sessions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals and expectations.
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients, analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and finding proactive solutions.
Support the development of new business opportunities by participating in pitches and proposals.
Mentor and guide junior account executives and interns, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Experience:
2 years of experience in account management within a creative or advertising agency.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and client accounts.
Skills:
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.
Attitude:
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
A natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
Open to feedback and continuously striving for improvement.
