Mô tả công việc
1/ Prepare monthly management accounts (Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and ensure proper recording of accounting records in compliance with company's policies, approved accounting standards and related statutory tax requirements on timely basis.
2/ Responsible and coordinate day-to-day financial activities to ensure compliance of finance related SOP eg: monthly billing to clients, collection, employee claim, payment, fund transfer etc. and ensure all documents (soft & hard copies) are wellreceived are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filling of documents.
3/ Prepare monthly management report and variance analysis actual against the budget, highlight areas of concern to management.
4/ Monitor bank balance / cash flow position and fund placement, prepare cash flow projection.
5/ Support in audit, tax, company secretary and banking matters and liaise with relevant parties.
6/ Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing actual financial data and analysis.
7/ Management of Foreign Loan (Reimbursement & Disbursement schedule).
8/ Administrative Reports to Government (Department of Planning and Investment & State Bank of Vietnam).
9/ Cross-check monthly payroll & PIT with HR Department.
Secondary job responsibilities
1/ Review the internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations to HOD to improve efficiency and effectiveness
2/ Undertake ad-hoc assignments when required by the management
Yêu cầu
1. Possess Degree or at least Advance Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
2. At least 4-5 years of accounting experience, handle full set of accounts
• Required language(s): English speaker will be added advantage
3. Knowledge in FAST accounting software and Excel are essential
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
4. Possess a positive attitude, able to work independently
• Time management skills to ensure deadlines are met, willing to learn and take up challenges
5. Working experience in a corporate environment will be added advantage
6. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
