About SnP
SnP specializes in strategic communications and integrated marketing solutions. We work with clients to solve business and communication challenges, shape effective strategies, and deliver meaningful results through consulting-led account management.
With offices in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, SnP provides services across IMC, Advertising, Creative, PR, Media Strategy,
Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, and Market Insights Consultancy.
Role
An Account Executive is expected to directly execute client and project work across PR, corporate communications, and content-related activities. This role is not for someone who only follows up timelines or acts as a communication bridge. An Account Executive must be able to handle briefs, develop communication materials, support planning, work directly on execution, and maintain strong quality throughout the project lifecycle.
We are currently looking for an Account Executive with a strong interest in PR and content, and the ability to grow beyond basic social and media work into broader communications execution.
Concept
At SnP, an Account Executive plays a primary implementation role in client work. This means being directly involved in content development, communication planning support, project execution, client servicing, reporting, and execution follow-up.
The ideal candidate should be able to handle direct client contact, contribute to communication planning, draft a wide range of materials, and execute project work with increasing independence, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Receive client briefs, understand requirements properly, and translate them into clear communication tasks and project directions.
Support the development of communication plans, timelines, scopes of work, and cost estimates based on client objectives, budget, and execution requirements.
Prepare proposals, reports, recaps, status updates, and other client-facing materials with clear structure and professional quality.
Draft and develop a wide range of communication materials, including client memos, news releases, case studies, byliners, backgrounders, op-ed pieces, brochures, and other communication collateral.
Present plan ideas, content directions, and project updates clearly and professionally when required.
Directly execute day-to-day account work, including project follow-up, content-related tasks, event coordination, and communication activities.
Work directly with clients, internal teams, media contacts, and outside suppliers when needed to keep project execution aligned with the approved brief, timeline, and quality expectations.
Support and execute PR and corporate communications activities across media relations, content development, event coordination, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor project progress, output quality, and overall effectiveness throughout implementation.
Prepare reports and evaluations after each phase or project.
Follow up payment status and related administrative matters, and report to
Account Manager when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in an agency, PR, corporate communications, or related environment.
Experience in integrated marketing communications and/or PR is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of PR strategies, content approaches, and news or press-related materials.
Strong copywriting and content development skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Basic understanding of the local media landscape and media-related working practices.
Experience in drafting professional communication materials with clear and credible quality.
Experience in supporting or implementing media-facing activities, PR events, or communication programs is a strong advantage.
Good research skills and the ability to turn information into meaningful communication output.
Working knowledge of graphics, production, printing, video, broadcast, IT, and emerging media is a plus.
