Mô tả công việc

A Senior Account Executive is expected to take stronger ownership of client work, not only in communication and coordination, but also in the actual professional execution of account-related tasks.
This is not a role for someone who only keeps timelines moving or acts as a communication bridge. A Senior Account Executive must be able to handle briefs properly, develop workable communication plans, prepare proposals and costings, manage project materials, review deliverables, and solve day-to-day execution issues with sound judgment and strong account skills.
At SnP, a Senior Account Executive is expected to do the actual work of account management at a higher level of independence and quality. That means being able to work directly on planning, proposal development, budget handling, client materials, project follow-up, execution review, and reporting - not just assign, relay, or escalate.
This role is for someone who can both manage clients and execute the professional responsibilities of an account lead with confidence, structure, and accountability.
Account Management:
Receive client briefs, identify the real communication needs behind them, and translate them into clear and actionable project directions.
Develop communication plans, project timelines, scopes of work, and cost estimates based on client objectives, budget, and practical execution requirements.
Prepare proposals, contact reports, recaps, status updates, and other client-facing materials with clear logic, structure, and professional quality.
Present ideas, updates, recommendations, and project materials to clients in a clear, confident, and solution-oriented manner.
Take stronger ownership in handling daily client communication, expectation management, and issue resolution.
Act as the main point of contact across client, internal team, and suppliers, while ensuring communication remains accurate, timely, and aligned
Project Implementation:
Take direct responsibility for the actual professional work required from the account function, not only project follow-up.
Build and refine project working documents, implementation plans, meeting notes, status trackers, cost sheets, and other operational materials needed to run projects properly.
Review project scope, quotations, timelines, and deliverables carefully to ensure commercial and execution accuracy before sending to clients or moving into implementation.
Follow through campaign and project deliverables in detail, ensuring each output is aligned with the approved brief, agreed scope, and expected quality.
Support the development and execution of communication materials, campaign activities, and related deliverables depending on project scope.
Work directly with suppliers or partners on quotations, timelines, scope, deliverables, and execution follow-up when needed.
Monitor output quality throughout execution and flag weak, incomplete, or off-track deliverables before they become client-facing issues.
Handle project changes, scope adjustments, and unexpected execution problems with practical solutions and sound judgment.
Project Ownership:
Own projects from planning to completion with stronger control over timeline, quality, consistency, and accountability.
Keep all workstreams moving proactively and independently, without waiting for constant supervision from line managers.
Identify risks early across both communication flow and actual execution details, then take action before they affect project delivery.
Handle more complex, fast-moving, or higher-pressure projects with greater maturity and reliability.
Support and guide junior team members in both execution discipline and account working standards when needed.
Reporting and Follow-up:
Monitor project progress, delivery quality, and overall effectiveness throughout each phase of implementation.
Prepare reports, evaluations, and recaps with clear structure, relevant observations, and practical recommendations.
Follow up payment status, documentation, and related administrative matters with proper discipline and accuracy.
Escalate major issues at the right time, with enough context and proposed solutions rather than just reporting problems.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
At least 3-4 years of experience in an agency environment or similar role on the client side.
Strong ability to independently handle account-related professional tasks such as planning, proposal development, cost estimation, reporting, and execution follow-up.
Good understanding of communication, marketing, campaign execution, and integrated project delivery.
Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, structure, and attention to detail.
Able to work independently, handle pressure well, and manage both clients and execution challenges with confidence.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in IMC, campaign execution, budgeting, proposal development, or account growth is a strong advantage.
