Client Success & Account Management
Support the management of assigned customer accounts throughout the customer lifecycle.
Assist in customer onboarding and project implementation activities.
Track project progress, timelines, and service commitments.
Help ensure customers receive the value and service committed by the company.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Support direct communication with customers or business partners when required.
Customer Experience
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Receive, record, and follow up on customer requests and feedback.
Support customer satisfaction initiatives and help minimize issues throughout project implementation.
Data Management & Reporting
Collect, maintain, and update customer records and account information.
Consolidate customer feedback and implementation issues.
Prepare reports and documentation as required by the management team.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with
Business Development, Marketing, and other internal teams to support project execution.
Support customer engagement activities and cross-functional business projects.
Assist with additional assignments delegated by the manager.
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related majors.
Passionate about building a career in Client Success, Account Management, or B2B Business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a service mindset.
Proactive, responsible, and a quick learner.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Previous internship or part-time experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of business operations, finance, or business metrics is a plus.
