Job description
Manage detailed workflow and conversations between the creative internal teams and vendors to control the delivery of quality services and production
Day-to-day administration of accounts (work-flow, meetings, minutes, discussion, QC...)
Assure the accuracy in briefing and completion and timeliness of working processes, make sure that client's issue are supported in timely manner
Prepare and present projects brief & project reports to client, then receive feedbacks and proceed to resolve
Performing tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirement
Age 20+, currently pursuing or have finished bachelor degrees in Communication, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, etc. or related majors is a plus.
Fluency in English and excellency in communication skills
Professional, proactive working manner
Well-organized and attentive to details, making sure that all documentation and is accurately completed and authorized
