At F.Learning Studio, we work on projects where the message matters - training, healthcare, communication, and other topics that need to be explained clearly.
We are looking for an Account Intern to support our team with coordination, follow-up, and client communication.
This role is a good fit for someone who is careful, responsive, eager to learn, and interested in account management or client-facing work.
Your mission
You help the team stay organized and responsive, so client conversations move smoothly and projects start well.
What your days will look like
Support email follow-up and meeting coordination.
Join internal or client meetings, take notes, and help write recaps.
Update CRM, tracking sheets, and opportunity status.
Help prepare proposals, documents, and handoff materials.
Follow up on timelines, pending feedback, and next steps.
Coordinate with internal teams to make sure information is clear and complete.
Learn how international client communication and project onboarding work in real life.
Yêu cầu
You may be a fit if you:
Have good spoken and written English.
Are organized and detail-oriented.
Communicate clearly and politely.
Are proactive and willing to learn.
Can manage tasks carefully and follow through.
Are interested in account management, sales support, or project coordination.
Nice to have
Internship or extracurricular experience in sales, customer service, communication, events, or project support.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.
Comfort using AI tools for drafting, organizing, and improving work.
