1. Support for
Account Executive● Assist in presenting plans and polishing proposals for projects.
● Set up logistics for meetings: schedule meetings, prepare presentation
equipment, take meeting minutes.
● Handle paperwork for contracts and acceptance with clients under
AE's coordination.
● Monitor vendor booking costs to ensure they stay within the project budget.
● Work directly with the accounting and finance team to process payments
according to the company's payment schedule
2. Vendor/Source Management
● Negotiate payment terms with vendors to achieve the best possible credit terms
and ensure project cash flow.
● Handle paperwork including: contracts, acceptance documents, invoices, etc.,
to ensure all documents are completed before disbursement by accounting.
● Able to work full-time.
● Aspiring to pursue a professional career in Marketing.
● Proficient in English in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
● Energetic, enthusiastic, and marketing-oriented.
● Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with clients.
