Overview:
- Plan, present and manage projects
- Coordinate with the Planning team and Design team to develop and ensure the content in
the proposal
- Ensure working progress with customers
- Handle and fix customer problems
- Receive needs, respond and provide necessary information to customers
- Manage project liquidation process and time (Internal and External)
- Manage and handle payment issues and payment delays
- Build good relationships with potential customers
Project management:
- Manage project implementation from start to finish according to project requirements, goals
and KPIs
- Make recommendations to enhance project success
- Prepare budget and monitor project budget
- Coordinate project activities
- Supervise staff (project coordinator, parttime, support etc.)
- Approve items before starting the project
- Ensure the project is completed smoothly and be ready to resolve problems that may occur.
- Understand customer complaints to cooperate with internal team to resolve problems
effectively & thoroughly
- Analyze project success and make reports
Team management:
- Train and support the team to provide the best service and processes to customers
Workload management:
- Ensure all projects in the team are operated quickly, on time and on budget
- Provide weekly project status reports to BOD and AD
- Monitor workflow across the entire Account team to ensure projects run efficiently
Supplier management:
- Identify and screen to find suitable suppliers. Also negotiate terms and service level
agreements.
- Inform suppliers about project requirements and ensure management of projects allocated to
them
