POSITION: ACCOUNT MANAGER (ATL based)
ADDRESS: 1st Floor - 12M Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
WORKING HOURS: From Monday to Friday (Morning: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client business goals and ensure their expectations are met in all ATL campaigns.
Project & Campaigns Management:
• Lead and manage multiple ATL marketing campaigns across various channels
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production, strategy) to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Develop campaign timelines, manage deliverables, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Work with media planners and buyers to ensure strategic placement and visibility.
Strategy Planning:
• Contribute to the planning and development of ATL strategies based on client objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and brief development with strategy and creative teams.
• Translate briefs into compelling campaign directions and lead client presentations.
Reporting & Evaluation
• Monitor and analyze ATL campaign performance, media coverage, and reach.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that learnings from previous campaigns are incorporated into future planning.
II. REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of experience in an Account or Client Service role in a marketing, advertising, or communication agency.
• Strong experience in ATL campaigns, especially in mass media planning (TV, OOH, print, radio).
• Good understanding of media planning, creative development, and production workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions.
• Good understanding of advertising creative work, like graphic design, filming and photography production.
• Ability to balance work on several projects at a time.
• Good team-working skills.
