Develop and manage relationships directly with top advertisers in Japan.
Own the mission to light the spark of digital transformation in large Ad spenders with high potential in Large Customer Sales (LCS).
Be an advisor and consultant, as well as an advocate for clients within Google.
Grow existing business, develop and win new business with top global and domestic clients, and support your team.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Google Ads account management.
Experience in online ad sales, business-development, marketing, or consulting sales.
Ability to deliver results under pressure and show dedication to client services.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, organization, communication, people management, and teamwork skills.
