JOB SUMMARY

  • Hiring Purpose: New Hire
  • Working Time: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday
  • Working Location: 6th Floor, Tuong Viet Building 95 Cach Mang Thang 8, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a Account Manager with experience in Creative campaigns who can be on top of a multi-project Branding Solution, manage the overall client portfolio independently, and be able to manage multiple projects at same time while easily pointing out key issues to address.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Management:
  • Direct execute project highly complicated of Branding Solution together with Vertical mix & Channels mix
  • Provide direction for cross-functional-teams to execute project and manage on top performance, risk management, client status management
  • Able to manage multiple project at same time, easy point out key issue to address
  • Direct manage network Partners, Vendors & Freelancers of Branding Solution including Creative Agency Partners, Production Houses, PR/Influencers Vendors, Event agency partners, Creative Crew/Creative Director freelancer and other Branding's partner by project
  • In charge of controlling outsourcing-cost to follow project P&L, and optimize outsourcing cost to get better profit margin by selecting & tracking suitable partner/vendor by project.
  • In charge of Branding's partner/vendor quality audit & report monthly
  • Support MD for driving business growth within BU Branding Solution. Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth branding projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Product Development:
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the Product life cycle, including Market research, Competitor analysis, Product Discovery, Product Roadmap Development & Product GTM.
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team, Vertical heads, Marketing team, Business Development team to release products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire Product GTM.
  • Support MD to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Branding Solution across primary market segments.
People Coordination:
  • Coordinate the cross-functional-teams of Branding Solution include Strategy, Media, Creative, Production & other front to back offices function teams
  • Together with MD Branding Solution to provide clear roadmap/ program/ guidance for team under each branding projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Client Leadership:
  • On top of multi project and manage overall client portfolio independently
  • Influence decision maker of client team including: Give guidance, advice for client
  • Proactively building long term relationship sharing values with Head of client decision maker
Thought Leadership:
  • Lead internal project with the scope of department or company to build up internal capability
  • Client Project: highly complicated full scope media branding to performance/ Solution mix Content/ Creative/ Portfolio issue
  • People planning/ resource planning
  • Identify, structure, and solve the problem
  • Avoid unnecessary work
Strong problem solving & communication skills
  • Identify key issue in different context and perspective to deliver project objectives
  • Structuring the problem and prioritizing effectively to maximize resources
