This person will have the opportunity to grow with one of the largest digital advertising and Multi-Platform-Network (MPN) companies in Asia, backed by a NASDAQ-listed technology company. Successful candidates will enjoy a competitive compensation package.
This person is responsible for leading all campaign and account management efforts for advertising projects in Vietnam, including certain projects for International companies. This position will be executing campaigns for clients throughout the full sales cycle from RFO and pre-sales to post-IO execution, as well as managing all key relationships with our clients, agency partner business, talent manager, Influencers for us in Vietnam.
Role and Responsibilities
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Project management and execution of campaigns for clients and grow the business in Vietnam
Act as the client's point of contact for pre- and post-sales support.
Identifying, outreaching, and negotiating with talent managers and Social Media talents/influencers for the purposes of securing participants for brand deals.
Build campaign-specific contracts for talents and coordinate timelines, communications, and execution processes.
Manage day-to-day interactions with current clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are proactively addressed.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and a dynamic knowledge of market-based feedback to assist in informing the sales process. Provide meaningful insight and learnings from campaigns to develop case studies and other sales materials.
Utilize available sales tools and progress tracking software.
Work collaboratively across all company departments.
Present weekly sales reports and pipeline status updates to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BA degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
Proven track record of successfully managing advertising campaigns for direct brand advertisers and Advertising Agencies (able to showcase previous completed advertising campaigns).
Creative in developing campaign ideas and strategies to win pitches from competitors. At least 3 years of experience in a similar campaign and account management role. Knowledge of the Vietnamese market's digital advertising sales process and space. Strong connection with Advertisers and Agencies in the industry.
Strong understanding of social media, Influencers, content creators and the larger Influencer Marketing ecosystem.
Excellent English Skills
Essential skills to look for
Knowledge of current trends in the Vietnamese social media space.
Knowledge of the local digital media space and advertising process(es).
Highly driven and committed to produce top-quality campaigns that delight clients, surpassing their expectations.
Intelligent and creative in developing advertising solutions and ideas to impress clients. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Excellent project management and time management skills and high attention to detail. Ability to travel and entertain clients during evenings and occasionally weekends as needed.
