Mô tả công việc
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the account's key stakeholders
Recommend valuable services/solutions to meet/exceed the assigned sales targets
Be the primary point of contact to onboard new clients after signing the contract
Communicate clearly the progress to internal and external stakeholders
Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders...
Negotiating all contracts with the clients and partners.
Manage customer and partner data on the CRM system
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Yêu cầu
Proven account management or other relevant experience (02+ years)
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem solving skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Hard-working and self-accountable
Experience with Ecommerce projects is a plus.
