Mô tả công việc
The mission of the Account Manager is to build long-term relationships with key customers by becoming their trusted advisor, engineering value through the use of the company's services & solutions, and nurturing the connection with the key stakeholders within the customer's organization.
This role works closely with the Sales Executive (Hunters) as part of a driven, hungry multi-functional team (pod) responsible for the Japanese market.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Japanese market, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients to achieve growth targets.
Account Planning and Strategy: Develop account plans for key clients, aligned with their objectives and our company's business goals.
Client Support and Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact, providing prompt support and proactively resolving any issues to ensure a positive client experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Delivery team) to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client needs.
Market Insights and Feedback: Stay updated on market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve our offerings in the Japanese market.
Reporting and Documentation: Regularly update account records, prepare performance reports, and provide insights on account health and growth opportunities.

Yêu cầu
Essential:
Proven account management or other relevant experience (02+ years) in IT service
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in 4 skills of Japanese (Advanced level)
Hard-working and self-accountable
Desirable (Good to have):
Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a related position
Background in the IT industry is preferred
Proven account management or other relevant experience (02+ years) in IT service
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills
