Mô tả công việc

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and requirements to provide tailored IT outsourcing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., delivery, technical, and operations) to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
Prepare and present account performance reports, proposals, and other relevant documentation to clients and management.
Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

Yêu cầu

3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the IT outsourcing industry.
Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and achieving client satisfaction.
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services, technologies, and business models.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
