JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare and present proposals, and actively participate in client pitches, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table to win new business and strengthen client relationships.
Provide exceptional service to assigned clients, managing each account both professionally and profitably.
Stay vigilant to potential problems and opportunities for both the agency and clients, acting proactively to address them.
Lead the development of strategies and success criteria for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
Oversee financial aspects, including budget control and forecasting, to ensure the financial health of client accounts.
Engage in self-development activities to stay abreast of industry developments and trends, and share insights with the team.
Proactively build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of major clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Influence client decision-makers to optimize project effectiveness and efficiency.
Establish and manage a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
Develop strategic initiatives to grow and enhance existing partnerships, focusing on both commercial and strategic aspects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between partnership goals and overall organizational objectives.
Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances, ensuring they are beneficial and in line with the company's strategic direction.

REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in PPC, SEO, and performance marketing.
Demonstrated ability in leading and managing client accounts in a digital agency setting.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring team members.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in the digital marketing field.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
