1.Key Responsibilities:
Advise and assist the Board of Directors in building, managing, and supervising the overall operational activities of the company.
Develop, plan, and propose the company's annual business development strategy.
Organize detailed implementation and monitor the business plans of each unit according to set objectives.
Build a high-capacity, professional business development team that values corporate culture and manage the team using job KPIs.
Establish a professional and extensive customer system and distribution channels.
Develop sales processes, sales policies, etc., to support business activities.
Design and direct the implementation of marketing programs to promote sales, product image, and brand awareness.
Plan and direct the research and production of new products that meet market needs and bring business efficiency to the company.

Be responsible for and report business performance results to the Board of Directors.

1.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Information Technology.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position or equivalent in the IT or e-commerce sector.
Fluent in English with proficiency in all four skills (IELTS 6.5+ / TOEIC 800+). Work with 100% global customers around the world.
Ability to multitask, proactive, and flexible.
