Key Responsibilities:
1.Customers (brands) relationship management
Be the point of contact between brands and the company, receive requests, brief from clients.
Understand brand objectives (brand awareness, engagement, sales) and consult appropriate solutions based on sponsorship and social media knowledge.
Maintain long - term relationships with customers through meetings, emails, and regular progress updates.
2.Develop and manage sponsorship projects
Receive sponsorship brief: Analyze brands requirements for sponsorship benefits (logo placement, product integration, event sponsorship).
Solutions recommendation: Collaborate with the creative planner/partnership team to build sponsorship packages based on media valuation, reach, and target audiences.
Implementation management: Ensure sponsorship packages (TV spot, branded content, event activation) are delivered as commitment, on time, and within budget.
Performance evaluation: Collect data (impressions, GRP, mentions) to report sponsorship results to the brand.
3.Social media campaign management
Planning: Based on brands brief, propose social media strategies (platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) that match the objectives (engagement, traffic, conversion).
Content collaboration: Work with content and design team to create post, video, or hashtag campaign on social media.
Execution monitoring: Track posting progress, running ads (paid social), and interacting with community (community management).
Optimizing: Based on social media knowledge, adjust campaigns (targeting budget allocation) to achieve KPIs namely reach, likes, share, or CTR.
4.Internal and external coordination
Collaborate with other departments (creative, media, production) to implement sponsorship and social media projects based on brands required.
Work with external partners (TV station, influencers, social platforms) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Handle arising issues (delays, brief changes) and propose timely solutions.
5.Effective analysis and reports
Collect data from sponsorship campaigns (reach, impressions, media value) and social media (engagement rate, CPC, ROI).
Prepare post - campaign reports presenting results compared with initial KPIs, with insight and future improvement recommendations.
Present reports to brands and explain sponsorship value and social media efforts.
6.Develop new business opportunities
Based on brand relationships, propose additional sponsorship projects or social media campaigns to upsell/cross-sell services.
Participate in new pitching, using sponsorship and social media knowledge to convince target customers.
Monitor media trends (livestream, short-form video, event sponsorship) to advise creative solutions for brands.
7.Ensure brands satisfaction
Timely respond to brand requests and inquiries, ensuring they feel fully supported.
Forecast brand needs and proactively propose ideas to increase partnership value.
Handle crises (if any) related to campaigns to protect both brand reputation and company reputation.
Requirements
1.Experience:
At least 2 - 4 years of experience in one or more of following areas:
Account management
Media
PREFERABLY in sponsorship, and social media.
2.Skill:
Deep understanding of sponsorship: Know how to build and value sponsorship packages, media benefits (logo placement, airtime, branded content), and measure effectiveness (media value, impressions).
Deep understanding of media: Proficient in social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), advertising tools (Meta ads, TikTok ads), and data analysis (engagement, reach, CTR).
Strong communication skill: Present ideas clearly, negotiate effectively with brands, and partners.
Project management: Organize and monitor multiple campaigns simultaneously, using tools like Trello, Asana, or Excel.
Ability to analyze data: Analyze and present data from sponsorship (GRP, reach) and social media (insights, analytics) to convince partners and brands.
Language: Fluent English is an advantage (especially for international brands).
