Position: Account Manager (Software / IT Outsourcing)
Location: Dong Hoa, Di An, HCMC (formerly Binh Duong) - near HCMC National Uiversity Village
Department: SALES
Working Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing business opportunities. Your main responsibilities include:
Take full ownership of revenue growth and client success across assigned accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term partnerships through regular communication and trust-building.
Deeply understanding client needs, challenges, and goals; proactively provide solutions to meet and exceed expectations.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and strategic proposals to client decision makers.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand account potential.
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling services.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, presales, and delivery to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Resolve conflicts and issues quickly and effectively, ensuring win-win outcomes for all parties.
Coordinate the preparation of commercial documents: proposals, bidding packages, contracts (MAS, SLA), and project acceptance documentation.

Yêu cầu

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. (Understanding of the IT industry or outsourcing model is a strong advantage.)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Software / IT Outsourcing.
Proven ability to create detailed commercial and project documents: quotes, bids, contracts, and acceptance reports.
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Highly adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking with a results-driven approach.
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal). Other languages (Japanese) are a plus.
Having technical experience is a plus
