Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing clients in the APAC, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, and acting as a key liaison between our clients and internal delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective B2B clients across the full sales cycle (from inbound/outbound lead generation to deal closing) for GlobalDev's IT outsourcing and software development services.
Execute and track all outreach activities (cold email, LinkedIn, calls, events) and maintain accurate records and stages in the CRM.
Proactively research target markets, identify decision makers, and develop innovative strategies to open new accounts in international markets.
Support and nurture existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery in collaboration with Delivery/Customer Success teams.
Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to understand client requirements, clarify scopes, and help resolve service or technical issues during project execution.
Prepare and participate in client meetings, demos, proposals, and basic commercial negotiations under guidance from senior sales leaders.
Support
business development with client references, case studies, and insight into the local market.
Requirements:
Proven Sales or
Account Executive experience (minimum 3 years), preferably in IT services, software development, or digital/tech solutions.
Good English communication
Familiarity with solution selling approaches (e.g. SPIN, Sandler, or similar consultative methodologies) is a strong advantage.
Growth mindset with the ability to self-study, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
Strong customer-centric mindset, with a passion for building long-term partnerships.
Basic understanding of IT, software development, SaaS is a plus
