Act as the key liaison between Client and Agency to ensure seamless communication. Take full ownership of projects, overseeing status and progress to guarantee all deadlines and quality standards are met.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
1. Project & Creative Management
Receive client briefs, lead brainstorming sessions, and contribute strategic ideas for the team's projects.
Develop detailed execution plans, manage overall project lifecycles, and prepare accurate quotations/budgets.
Manage and plan all specific items, materials, and equipment required for program execution.
Take ownership and accountability for the quality and results of assigned tasks.
2. Client Management
Work directly with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction and meet all partnership requirements.
Proactively build, maintain, and develop strong, sustainable relationships with existing and potential clients.
Lead presentations and negotiate contract terms/budgets with stakeholders.
3. Internal Coordination & Reporting

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Experience: At least 01 year of experience in the Activation field, with prior experience in an Account Manager role.
3. Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of Marketing, technical marketing tactics, and event management KPIs.
Professional attitude, detail-oriented, and highly committed to monitoring project progress.
Good command of English (communication and presentation) is a strong advantage
