Mô tả công việc
Find and approach potential international customers (FIEs, MNCs).
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Telecom/IT solutions (Internet Leased Line, Data Center, Cloud, Cybersecurity...).
Handle the full sales process: find leads → send proposal → negotiate → close deals.
Work with internal teams (presales, technical, and delivery) to ensure services are implemented on time.
Manage sales pipeline, update forecasts, and achieve sales targets.
Join client meetings, site visits, and industry events when needed.
Take care of customers after sales and look for upsell opportunities.
Yêu cầu
College graduate or higher.
Excellent communication skills at the technical and business level.
Prefer candidate with 5+ years of B2B Sales experience in the IT/Telecommunication industry.
Fluent in English. Chinese speaking is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders. Must possess intense customer focus.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively at work.
Ambitious and have an appetite to learn.
Technical knowledge in the area of IT/Telecommunication.
