客 户 经 理/Account Manager

1、本科及以上学历,流利的中文口语以及书面表达,英语水平较高的优先;
2、了解越南行业政策、行业市场,具有一定的法律、税务常识;
3、了解公司金融、个人金融、国际结算等金融业务特点及营销定位;
4、 具有3年以上营销工作经验;
5、品行端正、仪表端庄、吃苦耐劳、 身心健康,具有较好的人际沟通和协调能力,具有较强的责任感、执行力、行动力,爱岗敬业,认真负责;能够承受一定工作压力;
6、具备较强的市场洞察力与敏锐性,沟通能力强,善于培养与挖掘客户的产品需求;
7、遵纪守法,无违法、违规、违纪行为;
8、熟悉银行公司客户营销、信贷管理工作经验、银团贷款者优先;
9、家在河内者优先;
Bachelor's degree or higher; fluent in both spoken and written Chinese; candidates with high English proficiency are preferred.
Understand Vietnam's industry policies and market; possess basic knowledge of law and taxation.
Understand the business characteristics and marketing positioning of corporate finance, personal finance, international settlement, and other financial services.
Possess over 3 years of marketing or sales experience.Good character and professional appearance; hardworking, physically and mentally healthy; strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills; high sense of responsibility, execution, and initiative; dedicated, conscientious, and capable of working under pressure.
Strong market insight and acumen; excellent communication skills; adept at cultivating and exploring customers' product needs.
Law-abiding with no history of illegal, non-compliant, or undisciplined behavior.
Familiar with corporate banking marketing and credit management; experience in syndicated loans is highly preferred.Candidates residing or based in Hanoi are preferred.
