Mô tả công việc

Job Title : Account Payable under 1 year in Freight Forwarding
Department : Finance and Accounting
Location : HCM office
Reports to : Finance Manager
Accounting payable function and monthly reports:
• Process payment both company VTM and VTB
• Allocate AP invoice
• Check and control payment from other department
• Book journal entry
• Update bank and cash daily ,weekly
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are posting
• Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
• Perform daily payment to suppliers
• Check VAT input and VAT declaration between CW and hardcopy invoice
• Prepare administration expenses payment
• Check all of payment fromexternal and internal
• Other Ad hoc works as requested by management

Yêu cầu

***Education and Qualification:
• University qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Auditing;
• Under 1 years in accounting department for Freight Forwarding company;
• Fluent in English;
• Good understanding of VAS/IFRS;
• Understanding the Vietnamese Tax system VAT, PIT, WHT
***Job Skills, Personality and Competencies
• Good teamwork, integrity, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and hardworking
• Take initiative to work other Ad hoc assignment
