Account Receivable (AR) Accountant

Accountabilities:
- AR:
• Handle all inquiries regarding bank-in information and related AR collection issues
• Follow up to solve the problem raised by the customers relating to invoice and payment
• Verify collection precisely within timeframe, to ensure no open items in dummy bank for assigned bank account and no variance at month-end between SAP/Bank
• Update due reason code, review debit/credit AR for offsetting in system
• Monitor credit accounts, to ensure no overdue for assigned credit customers and handle other analysis into AR performance
• Oversee overpayment and deposit refund on weekly basic to customers
• Handle abandon deposit and necessarily follow up with concern departments/depo for proper monitor
- Reporting and others relating:
• Backup weekly GSM AR report
• Assist to review OLL credit application including financial analysis and customer's health check
• Ensure no abnormal AR set up and timely follow up with concerned team to correct before month-end
• Oversee relating AR report under assigned AR scope
• Intercom clearance and other month-end closing tasks relating to AR.
