JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Create - Inside

Based on a request from the consultant team and client,

Create contents
- Manual in Notion
- Form ( Ex Agreement, Cash memo...)
- Calculation sheet, tool
- Check list

2.Create - Outside

Manalabo utility created 「contents」by categoy 1

Website ( Free and chargeable)
RPA
Create Legal DB: A summary question from the client and an answer
Preventing risks in the MNB process of drafting, reviewing, and issuing system documents or other activities related to system construction.

3.Deliver - Inside

Manalab makes sure that teams are properly aware of the content and make it a habit to use it.
- by training to staff
- by OJT with contents

4.Deliver - outside

Take care and visit client to build warn relationship
- Frequency: One time per monthly/ quarterly
- Give them presentation of contents (ex, Manual, Calculation sheet, check list)
- Get feedback from customer
Join one time project
- Manabox has onetime project, Labomen can join to increase experiance, data and incentive also.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE OUR LABOMEN?

At least 3 years in Accounting, Tax, BA ( Have CTA, ACCA, CPA is an advantage )
Have IT basic skill, ERP is a plus
Has a positive attitude with strong desire to learn and share.
Attention to detail and willing to learn;
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in English ( written and Spoken ) Japanese is an advantage.
