Mô tả công việc
1. Accounting
- Preparing and be responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly tax declarations, audited financial statement report for tax purpose;
- Preparing monthly payroll calculation, financial statements and other internal reports as company requirement;
- Monitoring account payable and making payment to staffs, suppliers, tax department, insurance department and others monthly;
- Monitoring and managing cash flow of company;
- Responsible for social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for staffs when arising;
- Collecting and storing legal documents for the company
- Other tasks as assigned by BOD
2. HR&GA
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
- In charge of recruitment process of company
- Keep records of candidates' database and update recruitment record database in a timely and accurate way;
- Make contract, appendix for all staffs
- Manage social insurance, PIT,...
- Monitor time and attendance
- Purchase and control office equipments, machinery, and stationery and follow up maintenance in order to ensure all in good working condition;
- Make plan and organize team building activities
- Prepare all HR report as per Boss' requirement
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree of Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Strong experience in financial report, taxation report, statutory report, cash flow report skill are essential;
- Strong knowledge of VAS, IAS & IFRS;
- Having experience in HR-GA sector will be an advantage;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, results-driven and customer-oriented;
- Ability of working independent and teamwork;
- Passionate, reliable and can work under pressure;
- Strong experience in financial report, taxation report, statutory report, cash flow report skill are essential;
- Strong knowledge of VAS, IAS & IFRS;
- Having experience in HR-GA sector will be an advantage;

Quyền lợi
- Salary: 15M-20M (based on skills and experience);
- Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (5 days per week);
- Excellent Overtime compensation policy;
- Bonus : Twice a year (equivalent to 2 months salary);
- Well-equipped with insurance package as stated by Labor code
- Salary Review: 2 times/year based on employee's performance and contribution;
- Other benefits as per stated in Vietnamese Labor Law;
- Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (5 days per week);
