• Executing day‐to‐day accounting activities and ensuring compliance with Vietnam regulations and group's corporate policies.
• Responsible for tax matter handling, banking operations, and effective coordination with internal teams and suppliers, banks, professional firm and government authorities.
• Check and verify staff reimbursement claims and review supporting invoices to ensure accuracy, validity, and compliance with company policies and local regulations; process and post related vouchers in SAP.
• Handle vendor invoices, including checking, coding, system entry in SAP.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in line with group deadlines.
• Assist in tax filing (VAT, CIT) and work closely with tax representative to ensure compliance with Vietnam tax regulations.
• Maintain tax documentation including proper VAT validation (input/output), tax deduction schedules, and compliance files.
• Liaise with banking partners for account maintenance, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with annual audit assigned by seniors.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Professional qualification CPA/ACCA (student member will also be considered)
• Chief Accountant Certificate is a plus
• Minimum 6 years in accounting, with at least 3 years in Accountant position in an international company
• Strong knowledge of VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standard), VAT handling, tax regulations, IFRS and reporting standards.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong team spirit, responsible and ability to handle multiple task and resovle problems independently.
