Mô tả công việc

Responsible for payroll, overtime, social insurance for employees.
Follow up bank transactions and make report monthly.
Record general journal related to costs, payable, accrual, [protected info] accounting system
Prepare all VAT declaration monthly to submit to Tax Department and make payment on time in compliance with Tax Law.
Issue VAT invoice to Customers.
Ensure all data is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
Involve in closing the financial books monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Prepare month-end report and annual financial report.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly taxes.
Liaise with banks, and tax departments to solve related matters.
Support on Tax finalization and Auditing.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
Support Chief Accountant to prepare the financial statement yearly for auditing purpose.

Yêu cầu

Graduated Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting
Age from 23 to 30 year old.
2 years of experience as an Accountant.
Good English skills (4 skills, especially speaking skill), Ms. Office: Excel, Word, and Accounting Software.
Have experience in working for manufacturing
Working Location: Floor 8, COBI Tower I, No. 69 Hoang Van Thai St, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, HCM
Working Time: [protected info], Mon - Sat (Morning), Saturday: [protected info] times/month)
