Accountant & HR Specialist

Monitor and manage the cash flow of the company, cash, and bank reconciliation
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Compensation & Benefits Management:
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and tax compliance
SHUI and Insurance applications (increase, decrease)
Handle immigration-related tasks:
Visa / Work permit / TRC / PIT / Insurances / Driving license transfer ...
Compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Develop and implement automated solutions for routine accounting and HR tasks using spreadsheets and Google scripts.
Utilize AI tools to streamline processes, such as invoice recording and data analysis.
Collaborate with the management team to develop financial strategies and budget planning.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial and HR regulations.
Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and lawyers to resolve any issues related to accounting and finance
Prepare and be responsible for quarterly and yearly tax declarations, and financial reports.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
