Mô tả công việc
*Account payable
• Issue invoices to customer everyday
• Doing payment to suppliers everyday
• Checking statement of account (SOA) with customer end of month
• Write off account payable in accounting software
• Inputting data source into MISA program, Oversea system
• Reporting weekly outstanding statement of accounts.
• Other job assigned by manager
*Account Receivable
• Sending email by English to oversea agent everyday for checking statement of account ( SOA ) to get confirmation SOA
• Preparing payment to oversea agent if incurred
• Write off receivable in accounting system ( local and oversea system )
• Monitoring/following up with account receivables and payables with oversea agent
• Other job assigned by manager.
• Training available for beginners

Yêu cầu
Job Requirement
• At least : 1 - 2years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Working time : 08h/day, from Monday to Friday (08:am to 05:30), Saturday (08:am to 12:pm)
