We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Accountant (Singapore) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:

Preparation of a full set of accounts (accounts receivable, accounts payable, General Ledger, Accounts Reconciliations);
Preferably with regional exposure;
Involved in the posting of entries and reconciliations to accounts;
Prepare schedules for accruals, pre-payments, debtors, creditors, expenses, etc. on an accurate and timely basis;
Ensure full set of accounts and documentation are properly maintained and handle external audit requirements;
Preparation of annual tax information and quarterly GST returns;
Assist in the preparation of financial reporting and financial analyses to support business decision-making;
Liaise with vendors, overseas entities, overseas team members and any other third party, as required;
Train and guide a junior staff.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must have a full set Account experience
Organized and resourceful
Hands-on, meticulous and able to work independently
Positive working attitude
Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge of XERO accounting software is an advantage
To handle queries and concerns from English, and Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the translated documents related matter.
