Duration: 08 months

We are looking for exceptional candidates, who is willing to assist the maternity leave period of our staff, for the position of Accountant for a period of 8 months starting around December 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle accounting procedures related to AR, AP, Banking.
Prepare Tax return report, VAT report monthly/ yearly report.
Being able to do reconciliation/ analysis of assigned accounts/ functions.
Support Chief Accountant in the internal control in the accounting process, cash flow: Process detailed accounting works including vouchers preparation, payment, book-keeping, filing, invoice, accounting entry into software...
Make Bank payment transactions.
Controlling fixed assets, tools....
Assist to prepare Financial Statements including P & L, Balance Sheet, and Budget monthly, quarterly or yearly, and year-end financial reports.
Coordinate with staff in Accounting or other Departments for other jobs required.
Report to Chief Accountant and/or CFO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Accounting or Economics. Having certification/studying of CAT or ACCA is an advantage.
Excellent English, MS Excel, and MS Word.
At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
Prefer having a good understanding of Tax law and VAS (Vietnamese Accounting System) especially applicable for IT outsourcing company.
Having experience in using MISA accounting software is preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Hardworking, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work independently and teamwork can work under high pressure.
Ready to work overtime.
