Accountant

*Admin
- Book Air ticket, hotel for LV travelers as request
- Arrange car pick-up for guests from zone/group, management team
- Manage daily receipt and sending documents through EMS service
- Process purchasing & manage condition/service quality for equipment, stationaries, office supplies, drinking water, services (telecommunication, cleaning, ...) for office
- Process purchasing sim cards, IT equipment for LV staff
- Maintain the filling for accounting, logistic, admin document & work with 3rd party on document storage service
Maintain fixed assets record of company equipment, eg. mobile, laptop, PC, Ipad, ....
- Work with the landlord for admin matters related to the building
Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant
*Accounting
- Daily get Sale docs from Store: Xstore receipt, Invoice, Minutes..,
- Check the completeness and validity of documents.
- Do reconciliation with Xadmin report, to inform Store for Einv adjustment/replacement in case of any discrepancies find out.
- Filling sale documents.
- Find the original invoice of DEF item for client to exchange.
- Issue E-inv manually for return shipment/staff sale
- Go to Tax dept to buy "Biên lai khấu trừ thuế" & submit some Tax reports: "VAT refund, chứng từ khấu trừ thuế.."
- Prepare supporting documents: Sale contract, inv, PL... for C/A to work with - --- Customs on Price Enquiry for Perfume shipment
- Help to double check the accurate of tax rate, VAT amt on invoice before CA submit the monthly VAT declaration
- Scan documents to submit Citibank for LVSing trade payment (twice a month)
- Scan and fax documents to HSBC for oversea payment
- Print out and stamp documents for CA check/sign to submit Customs for Import - Tax Refund
- Scan Petty Cash documents/Entertainment/Travel claim of store and office for - - FM's approval
- Follow with vendor to get invoice: Electricity, taxi, EMS, laundry... at month end
Help FN team to find/scan the requested documents for Audit/ CIT return
*Logistic
- Assist Chief Accountant to prepare required documents to submit Customs for price inquiry/ post-clearance checking
- On behalf of Chief Accountant to work with Customs officer in case she to be off from work or busy
- Support Chief Accountant in preparation of documents for Tax refund
- Filling import & export documents
