Mô tả công việc

Support the accountant for the jobs:
Admin:
- Purchase of the office stuffs such as stationaries, food,...
- Organize company events such as tea break for seminar, birthday party. - Support agency for Visa, work permit, resident card.
- Follow up the attendance and absent of the employees.
- Manage all the expenses: electricity, water, internet, Mobiphone,... - Purchase, management & maintenence all the equipment of the company
Accountant:
- Collect all the invoices, check all the documents request payment before transferring.
- Transaction with the bank.
- Issue VAT invoice, follow up all the business contract.
- Save the hard copies in the order properly.
- Posting the recruiment, collect the resume and arrange the interview schedule.
- Prepare labor contract, calculate salary and declare insurance.
- Input all data into the Fast accounting sofware.
- Prepare financial statement, tax report ( VAT, PIT,CIT)

Yêu cầu

Selection criteria:
Age: from 23 - 25 years old
Gender: female preferred
Education level: College or higher
Qualification: Major in finance - accounting
Work experience: at least 1 year
Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the accounting service industry.
Other standards required:
Proficient in office computers, especially Excel
Understanding Fast software
Careful, persistent, able to withstand high pressure

Quyền lợi

- Salary: 9,000,000 VND (Gross)
- Probation: 2 months, 85% negotiable salary
- Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday
- Off on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays according to the regulations of the state
- Employees who work for a full year have 15 days of leave, after 2 years, 1 additional day of leave will be added
- 13th month salary according to the company's regulations
