Job Description:
- Provide support for internal general affairs and accounting operations as well as customer general affairs and accounting operations.
- Prepare journal entries for accounting software
- Prepare PL
- Prepare journal entries for accounting software
- Issuance of Debit Note / Red invoice
- Contract management and preparation
- Various payment operations
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Preparation of investment reports
- Tax declaration (PIT / VAT / FCT / CIT)
- Audit support
- Consulting for Japanese companies, etc.
First, you will be in charge of general affairs and accounting in the company, and after training, you will provide general affairs and accounting support to our clients.
As you will be providing accounting support to Japanese companies, you will gain a lot of experience in accuracy, business manners, reporting, etc. At the same time, you will need to provide more than enough value to our clients.
Weight of duties:
- Client accounting: 70%.
- Internal accounting: 20%.
- Others: 10%.
Expected Objectives and Mission:
- Understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese business etiquette
- Quantitative reporting
- Task management to complete necessary tasks within deadlines
- Understanding of accounting processes and accurate execution of tasks.
- Collaboration with internal personnel and relevant departments of the client
How to interact with the organization:
- Liaison with internal personnel and relevant client departments
- Reporting to the President
Direct supervisor with reporting obligations:
- Japanese President

- Graduation from a technical school or university (Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred)
