accounting / assistant Administration

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Accounting and Assistant Administration. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative and financial functions of Epicurean Sao. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Accounting Tasks:
- Manage customer accounts, including invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain salary documents, including payroll processing, tax filings, and employee benefits administration.
- Oversee bank transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments, sourcing, and supplier relationship
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
General Assistance:
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting and administrative functions.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Foster a positive work environment through teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
