Accounting Assistant (Trợ lý Kế toán) - Open for Fresh Graduate Full-time 2024

Job Description:
Data Control: Verify tenant data.
Work with Leasing Department: Ensure all lease terms and conditions are accurately reflected in the SUN system as well as related software/hardware.
Invoice Generation: Generate invoices for tenants.
Revenue Fee Validation: Ensure all revenue fees are accurately invoiced and aligned with the terms of each lease contract, ensuring invoices are sent to the correct tenants.
Payment Verification: Review tenant payments to ensure accuracy of invoices for each payment period.
Debt Collection & Management: Maintain a low level of outstanding debts.
Bank Account Control: Monitor all bank accounts, perform regular bank reconciliations, and manage necessary adjustments.
Cash Receipts: Receive tenant cash payments, strictly adhere to cash counting rules, detect counterfeit money, issue receipts.
Customer Account Monitoring: Supervise accounts of non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities.
Cash Fund Management: Manage cash funds.
Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain records and reports.
Financial Reports: Prepare accounts receivable reports, VAT input reports, consumption reports, general ledger, and financial analysis reports.
Timely and Accurate Reports: Provide timely and accurate reports and forecasts, analyze expenses, revenues, commitments, and financial obligations, in order to anticipate future revenue and costs for the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, etc.
Cost Reduction and Profit Maximization: Support in identifying cost reduction or profit maximization opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong data analysis skills.
Basic English communication, able to understand accounting terminology in English.

Working hours:
44 hours/week = 8:30 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday and 9:00 - 12:00 two Saturday morning/month
