on its largest-ever international expansion and is leveraging its existing competitive advantages
to expand its footprint in the Asian markets.
As we expand our operations in Asia-Pacific, Scoular Vietnam is recruiting an Accounting Clerk to
assist the Senior Accountant in the invoicing process. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
1. Issue VAT invoice with the support of the E-invoicing provider; Issue commercial invoice for the export activities. Ensure compliance with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
2. Record and maintain an organized filing system that includes invoices, reports, and payment receipts and disbursements.
3. Assist in the recording and reconciliation of inventory. Work with sales and operations team to gather necessary transaction information.
4. Follow up with commercial team for outstanding AR
5. Provide customer support for billing and other tasks as assigned.
6. Assist in the preparation of reports including but not limited to VAT report, weekly AR report, financial statements, etc.
