1. Manage accounts receivable
-Send emails with invoices and payment links for special orders which are arriving in the warehouse and soon will be ready to ship.
-Monitor open invoices for customers with credit terms
2. Create new accounts and collect documentation
-Manage the new accounts which are created and be responsible for entering them into the system and gathering all the information
3. Issue credits / Refunds
4. Freight Invoices
- Be responsible for reviewing the freight invoices and comparing them to the quoted amount and either approving them or disputing them.
5. Manage orders
-When an order is fully paid this person will release the order and schedule it to be sent to the USA warehouse for fulfilment.
6. Issue PO to the factory
7. Quote and book freight shipments
Yêu cầu
Graduate of College or University with a major in Accounting
Minium of 1 year of experience
experience working in a manufacturing company specializing in exports
Good English comunication skills
Experience in bookkeeping for American companies
Accepting CVs in English
