Mô tả
• Support daily accounting, invoice issuance and bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist in providing accounting services to clients, including companies and household businesses.
• Support tax and accounting work for foreign individuals and foreign-invested companies operating in Vietnam.
• Assist in preparing accounting records, internal reports, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Support tax filing, payroll, social insurance, and other compliance-related accounting work where applicable.
• Organize and maintain accounting files, records, and supporting documents accurately.
• Assist in checking figures, reconciling data, and identifying inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external parties when required.
• Support other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the firm.
Yêu cầu
• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields from a reputable university. Available to work full-time, 5 days per week.
• Strong academic background and solid accounting knowledge.
• Strong logical thinking and careful attention to detail.
• Fast, responsive, and able to work efficiently.
• Professional, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Proactive in learning, improving, and taking ownership of work.
• Eager to capture opportunities for growth and long-term development.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Good Excel and document management skills are preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a professional environment.
