Salary:

Location: Gia Lam, Ha Noi (Shuttle bus provided from/to Hanoi center)

**Responsible:

This position has a key role to manage financial accounting activities in VN and support other assignments from leaders within Corporate FSSC (Financial shared service center) function with Accenture's Outsourcing business team
Supports the following tasks but not limited to:
- RTR, PTP and OTC process management to make sure smooth daily and annual operation.
- To manage issues and communications between BPS and local finance team, to have a periodic meeting with Local finance managers to detect/solve accounting related issues, include continual improvement and voice of customer
- To keep optimizing processes and service level agreement with BPO.
- To perform the 100% Balance sheet account review and reconciliations, and make sure there is no significant risk and exposures related with compliance and control
- To ensure daily/closing activities and reporting packages to Japan HQ.
- To be responsible for all Internal control, statutory audits and JSOX, and make sure there is no significant findings and audit adjustments
- Bank authorizer for bank payments.
- To be the key contact person for local authorities.
- To handle and support tax matters under Global tax function management
- Take care of local admin tasks related to accounting and other ad hoc tasks assigned from leaders

** Work Experience

Attitude and aptitude to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding, dynamic environment, with the personal
integrity to make positive change
Minimum 5 years of general accounting experiences;
Working in multinational company, or audit form. FSSC experience will be a plus
2+ years of SAP experience with detail knowledge of integration points between FI, CO, SD, MM(WMS), PP, BO.

** Knowledge and Skills

Strong communication skill of English and Vietnamese
.
Be analytical, possess excellent communication and presentation skills and have the ability to work independently with little supervision as well as a member of a team.
Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks at month end closing and meet deadlines
Familiar to both VN local accounting principles and IFRS
Experience to use SAP(or Oracle)

** Education

Relevant Bachelor`s degree from accredited University or equivalent practical experience
ACCA will be a plus
